Troo makes delicious prebiotic-packed food that nourishes your good gut bacteria, essential for your physical and mental wellbeing. Troo products are currently sold in Waitrose, Harvey Nichols, Selfridges and Planet Organic to name a few. The brand's mission is to make people gut-healthy and happy. Simple!

The Brief

The old website was in need of a complete redesign from the ground up. The new website had to:

  • Make it easier around e-commerce and for people to buy online
  • Make it easy for Troo to create promotions
  • Showcase Troo’s brand and align its website with its brand identity
  • Incorporate email marketing through data capture

The Solution

We set out to create a website that reflected Troo’s fun brand image. In this spirit, we made the website simple, fun and interactive. It all began with a discovery workshop to identify the audience's needs and company goals. We then distilled our findings into a plan of action, and created and presented the website look and feel, before developing the site.

As part of the website’s interactive element, we built a bespoke ‘try me now’ promotion, where customers can enter details from purchases to receive a full refund.

We also built-in animation elements to give the website a bit more flair, and to tie in with the fun side of the brand.

Our website has been transformed from something we weren't very proud of to a true reflection of the Troo brand. Thank you Flourish.
